Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, stressed the importance of achieving justice and equality and applying the provisions of the law among all citizens, in their disputes and cases.
Representative Al-Bahsani, during his meeting today in Mukalla with the head of the Hadramout Court of Appeal, Judge Muhammad Sbeiti, renewed the Presidential Leadership Council's keenness on the independence of the judiciary, enabling them to perform their duties with the utmost fairness and integrity, expressing its readiness to overcome difficulties and provide all facilities in order to improve the level of its performance for the Court of Appeal.
He congratulated the Vice-President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Judge Sbeiti, on the occasion of gaining the confidence of the Supreme Judicial Council and his assignment as President of the Hadramout Court of Appeal, wishing him success in performing his new judicial duties.
For his part, the head of the Hadramout Court of Appeal reviewed some of the future plans that the new leadership seeks to implement, and activate the principle of reward and punishment for those who are distinguished, disciplined, and negligent in performing their duties, appreciating the support of the Presidential Leadership Council for the Judicial Complex in Hadramout in order to improve the level of judicial performance.
The meeting was attended by Adviser to the Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Attorney Najib Khanbash.
