The governor of Hadhramout, Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, praised the contributions of the distinguished journalist and playwright, Professor Kamal Salem Al-Hamid, and his active contribution to educating society through the purposeful message of media and theater.
The governor said that the voice of the well-known broadcaster, Kamal Salem, was associated with citizens through the purposeful programs that he had been presenting for many years on the broadcast of Mukalla Radio, most notably "Words with Meaning" and "The Sports Magazine", and the theatrical works in which he was participating with perfection and creativity.
This came during the governor's visit, accompanied by the Secretary-General of the local council in the governorate, Saleh Al-Amqi, today, to the house of the well-known broadcaster, Professor Kamal Salem Al-Hamid, in Deis Al-Mukalla, to check on his health.
The governor affirmed the support of the local authority to the distinguished journalist and playwright, Kamal Salem, to receive the necessary treatment abroad, appreciating his efforts in the field of media and theater, and wishing him a speedy recovery.
