This morning, Thursday, November 10, the Governor of Al Dhale’ Governorate, Major General Ali Muqbel Saleh, chaired a meeting in the Diwan of Al Dhale Governorate. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Zaidi, the Director General of Qataba, the Secretary General Hussein Al-Assami, the member of the Administrative Board, Najib Al-Jalal, the Director General of the Governor’s Office Muhammad Fadl, the Director General of Finance Abdullah Al-Baydihi, the Director of the Finance of the Local Authority in the governorate, Abdo Mohsen, the Director General of the Secretariat’s Abdul Rahim, and the attendance of the Education and Finance directors. And industry, media and legal affairs in the district of Qataba, to discuss the progress of the educational process and the establishment of an emergency fund for the district of Qataba to support teachers and meet the needs of the district.
During the meeting, the Governor of Al-Dhalea stressed the need to redouble more efforts in order to improve the educational aspect, work to meet the challenges that hinder the progress of the educational process, and support the Education Office in performing its duties entrusted with considering education the basis of people’s progress, renaissance and progress and a fundamental pillar in building and maintaining societies. From deviation and loss and building a generation armed with science and knowledge.
The Governor of Al Dhale’e appreciated all the efforts made by the Director General of Qataba to improve services in the Directorate, despite the attempts of some to reduce these efforts from those who do not want to see anything beautiful in the Directorate and do not want good for the community.
The meeting dealt with discussing the educational process in the directorate and finding appropriate solutions and treatments that lead to solving some of the teachers' requirements as well as alleviating their suffering for the continuity of the educational process.
The meeting came out after an extensive discussion with a set of appropriate decisions and treatments aimed at lifting the educational situation through the establishment of a financial emergency fund for the directorate to support teachers in a major degree and to meet the other needs of the directorate and to set the regulation for the establishment of a financial fund from the directorate’s revenues and others headed by the Director General and the supervision of the governorate governor..
It is worth noting that teachers suffer a lot, not only at the level of Qataba and Al-Dhalea, but also at the level of all liberated governorates in general, as a result of the low wages of teachers’ salaries and the non-disbursement of their dues from annual bonuses and work allowance since the outbreak of the war in the country
