The Irtiqaa Foundation for Development implemented the interactive participatory educational program for ninth and secondary grade students, this morning in the city of Mukalla, as part of the educational (Qudwa) program, in coordination with the Martyrs Da`wah Charitable Center, under the auspices of the Office of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance in the coast of Hadramout.


The educational program witnessed various educational lectures given by a number of sheikhs and academics specialized in the religious and educational aspects. What it is, its importance and the need to adhere to it.


Dr. Ahmed Ghanem spoke about the virtues of morals, touching on the exploits of generosity, loyalty, honesty, and others, where Sheikh Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Muhammadi dealt with the reasons for increasing the faith of the believer, while Sheikh Abdul Hakim bin Mahfouz stopped short of the importance of the ambition of young people and their high status in matters of their religion and their world.


The program’s paragraphs varied from lessons, lectures, and various competitions between the attendees individually and collectively. The first place won 100,000 Yemeni riyals for the Martyrs’ Da’wah Charitable Center, the second place won 70,000 Yemeni riyals for the Al-Nour Da’wah Charitable Center, and the third place won 50,000 Yemeni riyals for the Abi Bin Kaab Center in the Bagadir Mosque. As well as the award for the best summary of the lectures won by the participant, Omar Khaled Bawazir, and a number of immediate and in-kind prizes.


Youth forums, mosque circles, sports teams and forums from various directorates of Hadramout governorate participated in the program. They numbered 35 teams, with about 500 students from the ninth and secondary grades.
