The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced in a statement that the Boeing group won a contract worth 1,6 billion dollars with Washington to supply the intercontinental ballistic missiles "Minuteman 3" with guidance systems.
"The contract does not stipulate a specific number of guidance systems to be delivered by Boeing, but it provides for its continuation until the first of February 2039, "said the ministry, which publishes contracts awarded to various suppliers daily.
