The Governor of Hadramawt, Professor Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, inaugurated today in the port of Mukalla the process of unloading the first shipment of the new oil derivatives grant presented by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the electrical stations in our country, at a cost of “200” million dollars.
The first batch includes providing the governorate of Hadramout with 13,000 metric tons of diesel fuel and 8,000 metric tons of diesel, intended for Hadramout power stations.
During the inauguration process, which was attended by the Secretary-General of the local council in the governorate, Saleh Al-Amqi, the governorate’s deputies, and the team of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen office in Al-Mahra, the governor of Hadramout expressed the thanks of the leadership of the local authority in the governorate to the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his crown prince. Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the Saudi government for their support in providing fuel for electric stations, which would improve electrical service at the governorate level.
The governor stressed the importance of the Saudi grant in operating power stations, providing energy, promoting efforts to normalize life and working to revive the economic situation, praising the efforts of the Saudi Program for the Reconstruction and Development of Yemen in providing support in all service and humanitarian fields, thanking the efforts of the leadership of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government, in translating the arrival of the grant Which comes within the series of supporting the leadership of the Arab coalition to our country.
