The activities of the free specialized medical convoy project, implemented by the Visiting Doctor Developmental Foundation, which lasted for two days, were concluded at the deceased Al-Shazly Hospital in the Hajar Directorate, under the generous sponsorship of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in Hadramout Al-Sahel, in the presence of the Director of the Health and Population Office in the Hajar Directorate, Mr. Abdullah Bahandi, Mr. Ahmed Al-Akbari, Head of Free specialized medical convoy.
The convoy included specialized clinics that include a group of specialist doctors, and they are:
Dr. Ahmed Saeed Barbid, Internal Medicine Clinic, Urology and Infertility Clinic, Dr. Yasser Awad Bamatrif, Pediatric Clinic, Dr. Muhammad Saeed Barbid, Dermatology Clinic, Dr. Ayman Omar Bazarous, with the assistance of Dr. Saeed Muhammad Bafadl.
The free specialized medical convoy was accompanied by an integrated free pharmacy under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Jarhoum and with the assistance of Dr. Ali Al Sweini to dispense treatments and medicines to patients, as well as a free laboratory.
In conclusion, the Director General of the Hajar Directorate, Mr. Omar Badbian, thanked and appreciated the Visiting Doctor Developmental Foundation for setting up the free specialized medical convoy in the directorate, which contributed to alleviating the suffering of more than 50,000 patients who are in need of treatment services.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Al-Akbari, the head of the convoy, referred to this free specialized medical convoy that came to serve the people of the district, as it is one of the districts most in need in Hadramout governorate, to provide an integrated service for free, including examinations, examinations and dispensing medicines, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the local authority and the Health and Population Office in the Hajar district and hospital management Al-Shadli Al-Am for their efforts that contributed to the success of the free specialized medical convoy in Hajar district.
It is worth mentioning that the free specialized medical convoy project benefited more than 543 beneficiaries in all medical specialties, within the framework of joint cooperation between the office of the Ministry of Health and Population in the governorate and civil society organizations, in order to serve patients in all districts of Hadramout Al-Sahel.
