French reality TV star and model Maren Al-Haymar announced her conversion to Islam, noting that she converted to Islam months ago.
Marine posted a video clip on her social media accounts, in which she documented the moment she pronounced the two testimonies in a mosque in France.
"There are paths that you must take alone, without family or friends, only between you and God," she said. She added that some people knew about her conversion to Islam, but many people are still asking her about it. Indicating that this prompted her to announce it officially, after many months of reservation.
“It was a choice of soul, heart and mind,” she continued, adding that she had evolved tremendously. She revised her sense of priorities and rethought certain life choices.
After announcing her conversion to Islam, Marin shared the followers through the storyboard feature on her private page. Through Instagram, photos and videos documented the atmosphere of her performing Umrah in Saudi Arabia.
