Today, the Governor of Hadhramout discussed with the chief international consultant of the Doaan Foundation for Architecture, Professor Salma Samar Al-Damluji, and the Foundation’s team, arrangements to start the second phase to complete the rehabilitation of the local administration building in the archaeological governorate office in Mukalla, and to support and equip the building, after the burning and destruction of the al-Qaeda elements. the terrorist.
During his visit, accompanied by the Foundation’s delegation, to the local administration office building, the governor stressed the importance of strengthening the building’s columns and completing the completion of the rehabilitation according to technical specifications, while preserving the heritage aspect, which bears the fragrant history.
The governor listened, from Professor Salma Al-Damluji, to the Foundation's efforts, in coordination with international organizations, to rehabilitate archaeological sites and mosques in various locations in Hadramout, to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the governorate.
The governor thanked the interest of the Foundation's leadership and staff in the cultural and archaeological aspect, stressing the local authority's support for the success of the Foundation's programs and directions that match the interests of the local authority leadership in the governorate.
