After cutting the opening ribbon, Al-Daoudi and Babekri, along with the general manager of the General Postal and Postal Savings Authority branch in Aden, Amr Awad Al-Awlaki, toured the office, informing them of the rehabilitation and furnishing works that had been accomplished by the project implementing agency, “Skilled Friends Office for Contracting and General Supplies.” , expressing their admiration for what they saw of the splendor and creativity of those repairs and supplies, which have a good effect on the hearts of employees and citizens, pointing out that the components of the project included the maintenance and rehabilitation of the entire office building, as well as supplying it with office furniture and “7” computers, as well as supplying “6”. 4-ton air conditioners throughout the office, including the citizens' hall, in addition to installing a solar energy system and surveillance cameras.
During the opening of the project, which was accompanied by the Advisor to the Director-General of Mansoura, Awad Hassan, and a member of the administrative body of the local council in the district - Chairman of the Services Committee - Aref Yassin, the Director-General of Mansoura, Ahmed Al-Daoudi, indicated that the implementation of this project, which comes in accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of State - Governor of Aden - Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, and within the concerns of the leadership of the local authority in providing all the necessary facilities and overcoming the difficulties facing the work of service offices, including post offices, in order to perform their tasks to the fullest, especially in facilitating the payment of retirees’ pensions and employee salaries, stressing the keenness of the leadership of the Directorate and its interest in facilities service to advance and improve the level of providing services to citizens as required.
In turn, the Vice President of the General Postal and Postal Savings Authority in the Republic, Mohsen Babakri, expressed his sincere thanks and high appreciation for the efforts of the leadership of the local authority in the Mansoura district, represented by its general manager, Ahmed Ali Al-Daoudi, for his great interest in the post offices in the district, in particular the implementation of a rehabilitation project And furnishing with the installation of a solar energy system, surveillance cameras, and air conditioning devices in the Mansoura post office, indicating that Mansoura Post will be the first post office in the governorate of Aden and other governorates to be in this situation, whether by installing the window separating cashiers and citizens of the type of steel, or by providing the waiting room with air-conditioning devices and their number "3".
