The coastal city of Shaqra, affiliated to Khanfar District, Abyan Governorate, the bride of the Arabian Sea, with its scenic beauty, important geographical location, and the kindness of its people, who have taken the fishing craft as a profession that helps them earn their living and provide for the requirements and needs of their families. The simplest living and service requirements for the peaceful residents of that region, who lived through difficult periods during the Al-Qaeda war, followed by the absurd war of the Houthi militias, and its conclusion was Sheikh Salem’s war. government in solving these calamities from successive governments and pay attention to them, even if it is a small thing, by alleviating their suffering, and we mention here to list some of the sufferings of the region in the hope that it will find minds that understand and chests that expand and actions implemented on the ground by the higher leaders who are in charge of the affairs of the country and the servants, and from that suffering we mention to you the following :
The lack of potable water for years, as the helpless citizen is forced to buy it on a daily basis despite his difficult living conditions and the lack of salaries
The lack of a sewage water project in the region, as it has been suffering in recent years from a large increase in population numbers and an urgent need for this vital project that serves the citizen.
Deterioration in the roads, especially the international line that passes through the city market... and the failure to complete the ring line in the area
The suffering in the health services in the region lies in the Shaqra rural hospital, which suffers from neglect by the relevant authorities for nearly (15 years), despite the availability of the building, emergency department and operating rooms, but it lacks the presence of medical staff because there is no support body or organizations that cover government marginalization by paying salaries The medical staff of the hospital is suspended to this day.
The cessation of the fish canning factory had a negative impact on the entire region, which in turn led to an increase in the unemployment rate, since the factory was covering the needs of the people of the region with labor, which was attracting most of the region’s residents of both sexes (men and women) with continuous work..
There are many, many projects that we have not mentioned and delved into, such as education, the suffering of fishermen, communication networks, the Internet, and others.
Our message is to all relevant authorities and leaders and to everyone who is interested, and we say it over and over again.....
How long will the suffering of the Shaqra area continue??
Isn't she entitled to enjoy even a little attention and pay attention to her and compensate her for the years of injustice and deprivation she experienced??
We hope that there will be urgent solutions in all vital sectors such as electricity, health, education, sanitation, sidewalks, street lighting, rehabilitating the fish canning factory, communications, and other projects that were deprived of the Shakra area after its suffering and the scourge of wars, and it has the right after that. It is all to enjoy peace, tranquility, decent living and looking at it like the rest of our beloved south....
You'll stay under Allah's care and his safety
