Oslo agencies:
Gas prices in European markets accelerated their growth today, Tuesday, as they rose by about 11% and approached the level of 1345 dollars per thousand cubic meters.
The natural gas prices started today's trading with an increase of 5%, as they rose to the level of 1250 dollars per thousand cubic meters, and this came after they jumped yesterday by 20%.
The National Energy Security Fund attributed the reason for the rise in gas prices to cold weather and problems with the supply of blue fuel from Norway.
