The governor of Hadramout, the chairman of the local council, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, with God's safety and protection, arrived on Tuesday morning in the city of Mukalla, after a visit to the temporary capital Aden and the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, which lasted a month.
During the visit, the governor of Hadramout met with His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and Prime Minister Dr. Moin Abdul Malik, and discussed with them the province's priority files in the basic services sectors.
The governor in Riyadh also discussed with a number of officials in the kingdom the necessary aspects of urgent interventions.
Governor bin Madi met in Riyadh with the ambassadors of a number of friendly countries, discussed with them the situation of the province as a result of the Houthi terrorist attacks on oil facilities, and ways to enhance cooperation and support the stability and development of the province.
In a statement to his media office, the governor of Hadramout congratulated the people of the governorate on the occasion of the new Gregorian year 2023, reiterating the call for queuing and unity of the word for all the people of the governorate.
The governor said : "during the visit, we met with His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Moeen Abdul Malik, and they were asked about the issues and needs of the province and worked on guiding a number of solutions to these issues, and we received an invitation from our brothers in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and 5 meetings were held in Riyadh with specialists in the kingdom in the presence of a number of Hadramaut's sons, and plans and studies were presented for three main axes, namely the Economic, Service, security and military axis, in coordination between the two countries of the leadership of the Arab coalition, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates a specialized Saudi team will visit the governorate to discuss ways to support these axes, and it was agreed to strengthen the local authority of Hadramaut security and military,"he said.
