The Russian Ministry of Finance said that non-oil and non-gas revenues increased during the period from January to October of this year by 28.7% to 15.896 trillion rubles (about 172 billion dollars), while oil and gas revenues decreased by 26.3% to 7.21 trillion rubles.
While the Russian budget deficit in the period from January to October last year recorded 0.7% of the country’s gross domestic product.
The ministry said that the dynamics of budget expenditures is at a normal level, and over the past ten months, they have increased compared to the same period last year by 11.7%, reaching 24.341 trillion rubles.
