Hadramout Governor inaugurates the voluntary medical camp for orthopedics and joint replacement at the Ibn Sina Authority

The Governor of Hadramout, Professor Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, inaugurated today, at the Ibn Sina Hospital Authority in Mukalla, the voluntary medical camp for orthopedic surgery and joint replacement, which is being held by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, in coordination with the office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the coast of Hadramout, and the management of the Ibn Sina Hospital Authority.


The camp, which will be held from 20 to 26 November, is supervised by a local medical advisory technical team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It provides services to patients from Hadramout and neighboring governorates, represented in performing full and half knee and hip replacement operations, bone biopsy, and surgery. Arthroscopic knee reconstructive surgery, ACL arthroscopic resection of torn meniscus, tendon separations and fractures.


Governor Bin Madi expressed the thanks of the leadership of the local authority and the people of Hadramout to the brothers in the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the leadership, government and people, for the precious and precious gifts they provide to Hadhramaut and the homeland, expressing gratitude for this humanitarian work of the King Salman Center, and to the participants from local consultants and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan To provide the necessary treatment services, due to the current conditions of patients and the difficulties of traveling abroad.


The inauguration was attended by the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the coast of Hadramout, Dr. Muhammad Al-Jamahi, and the Director of the Ibn Sina Central Hospital Authority, Dr. Khaled Shaiban.
