Today, the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund, the main center - the capital, Aden, witnessed the signing of a contract for the implementation of the maintenance and rehabilitation project of Al-Dhanbah Road in Radfan District, Lahj Governorate.
In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Public Works and Roads, Engineer Salem Muhammad Al-Huraizi, Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and head of the negotiating delegation in the Council, Engineer Moein Muhammad Al-Mas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund, the main center - the capital, Aden, and Engineer Ali Ahmed Hassan, Executive Director of the General Corporation for Roads and bridges.
Eng. Mueen Mohammed Al-Mas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed a contract with the Public Corporation for Roads and Bridges as the implementing agency for the project.
During the signing, His Excellency the Minister said that the signing of the project in Al Zinba Road came after years of waiting.
Al-Huraizy stressed that the executing agency should quickly start work in order to complete the work on the project within the specified time period.
Al-Mas said that the signing of this project comes in conjunction with several projects taking place in Lahj governorate, funded and supervised by the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund, the main center - the capital, Aden.
In turn, Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, a member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and head of the negotiating delegation in the Council, thanked the efforts made by the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund to implement several projects in the southern liberated governorates.
Al-Khobaji indicated that the leadership of the Presidential Council and the Transitional Council will do their best to support the leadership of the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Fund in order to end the suffering of travelers and citizens benefiting from the main and arterial lines.
