In the presence of the Deputy Director of the Health and Population Office in the coast of Hadramout, Dr. Abdullah Khamis Mari bin Talib, the Human Access Association for Partnership and Development, the Mukalla branch, inaugurated on Saturday morning the operations of the free camp for urological surgery and binoculars, funded by the Kuwaiti Namaa Charitable Foundation, in Al-Quweira Hospital, Dawan district.
The camp targets the directorates of Dawan and Al-Dulaia in Hadramout Governorate, with 200 examination cases and 50 surgical operations.
Dr. Abdullah Khamis Marei bin Talib, Deputy Director General of the Health and Population Office in Hadramout Coast, spoke about opening the arms of partnership with all civil society organizations to implement their health interventions in the governorate, praising the interventions of the brotherly State of Kuwait in all fields, especially health ones.
Mr. Saeed Al-Khamer, Secretary-General of the Humanitarian Access Association in Mukalla, said that the camp came to provide free health services to the people of the beneficiary areas due to the difficult living conditions, praising the role of Namaa Kuwait Charity, which presented projects in the living, health and educational aspects that served the people of Hadramout and some and a number of governorates.
The inauguration was attended by Dr. Hamed Al-Safi, Director of Al-Quweira Hospital in Dawan, Eng. Muhammad Al-Hadri, Executive Director of the Humanitarian Access Society, Mukalla Branch, and Dr. Taqwa Bazinpour, Head of the Health Sector at the Humanitarian Access Society, Mukalla Branch.
