The England national team qualified for the round of 16 by defeating its Welsh national team by three goals free of charge in its third match in the 2022 Qatar World Cup, in the match that brought them together at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium in the third round of Group Two.
The first half ended in a goalless draw.
In the second half, England scored the lead goal, scored by Marcus Rashford in the 50th minute.
In the 51st minute, Phil Foden scored the second goal for the English.
Rashford added the third goal in the 68th minute.
With this victory, the England national team qualifies for the second round, with 7 points, in the first place of the second group, while the balance of the Welsh national team is frozen by one point in the last place, and the championship is deposited.
