Today, the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, made an inspection visit to the Companies Protection Force affiliated to the Second Military Region Command, to see the level of readiness and discipline of its personnel.
Representative Al-Bahsani was received by the Commander of the Companies Protection Force, Brigadier General Ahmed Omar Al-Maari, and the leadership and officers of the force, who welcomed his inspection visit, which will give an impetus to continue giving in service to the country and its economic facilities.
During his meeting with the force's commanders and officers, the Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council was briefed on the corporate protection force's map, the deployment of its personnel in designated locations, and its security and defense plans to counter any hostile Houthi terrorist attacks. He also got acquainted with the weekly, monthly and annual plans of the force, and the plan for the current training year. It will conclude with a tactical qualitative project that includes three phases.
Major General Al-Bahsani also witnessed a military parade for members of the Corporate Protection Force, and during the parade he delivered a speech in which he congratulated the force's members on the 55th anniversary of the National Independence Day, the 30th of November, indicating that this visit comes as an interest from the Presidential Command Council in recognition of this force, its level of performance and vigilance, and the importance of its tasks. He praised the attention given by the force command to its members, through intensive and qualitative training, calling for more training, due to its importance in giving the soldiers courage and sparing them many losses during their military duties, urging them to set an example in discipline and performance of duty, and to preserve what has been achieved for this. Major General Al-Bahsani reviewed part of the history of the Al-Masila site, which hosted more than 20,000 fighters, in which a plan to liberate the Hadramout coast from terrorist organizations was developed, and the Hadrami Elite Forces launched on April 23, 2016, with the support and backing of the Arab coalition forces led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar. Al-Bohsani toured the site of the Corporate Protection Force, and was briefed on the completion of construction work for the health clinic building, which will provide health services to the members of the force.
